受亞航影響，晚點5個小時，到檳城凌晨一點，打車到酒店太晚，雖然告知老闆晚到，但是真的太晚，一通電話終於𠕇人來開門，然後進房間還是受驚了，房間和圖片不一樣，小而且沒什麼設施，桌子也沒有，好在空調還致冷，嘎嘎吱吱響了一晚！還是要謝謝酒店老闆

Good location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops around. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Ok, for budget hotel, no water in room or fridge went to check out at 10.20 had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to come and give me my deposit back

I think another customer will unhappy about this also ...because me also never saw where is Another hotel gog do like this .... standard service standby service how is make sense or make nonsense to do ... customer don't want come back again sure if not fixed about standard service small is terrible 😑
